Who Tf Are you?

I made this journal because I kept noticing something,

We’re tired.

Not just physically.
Not just mentally.
But identity tired.

Tired of pretending.
Tired of coping.
Tired of playing roles.
Tired of not knowing what we actually want.

We wake up, scroll, work, distract, repeat.
And nobody ever stops to ask:

Who am I?
Before I had to learn to survive?

That’s what this is.

Not motivation.
A real question.

Your Identity Was Shaped Before You Had a Choice

Your personality didn’t just “happen.”
It was built.

By your parents.
By your environment.
By what you went through.
By what you had to do to feel safe.
By what got you accepted.
By what kept you from being hurt.

So when people say “just be yourself,” I always think
Which self?

The tough one?
The numb one?
The funny one that hides pain?
The hyper independent one?
The people pleasing one?

Which one is actually you?

Most of Us Are Living on Autopilot

Same reactions.
Same patterns.
Same types of relationships.
Same habits.
Same year… over and over.

Because our nervous system learned these patterns.

It isn’t about reinventing yourself.

It’s about noticing what’s been running you so you can finally choose instead of react.

This Journal Isn’t About “Fixing” You

You’re not broken.

This isn’t about becoming a new person.

It’s about becoming real.

Seeing your patterns.
Seeing your conditioning.
Seeing your armor.
Seeing your truth.

And everything real starts there.
